Payment is due on the day of your scheduled house cleaning service, and we offer simple, secure payment options for your convenience. Many clients choose to leave a check in a designated location (such as the kitchen counter). We also accept secure credit card and ACH bank transfer payments.

If paying by check, please make it payable to Elite Maid Service. Credit card and ACH payments are processed automatically after your cleaning is completed. All accepted maid service payment options will be clearly confirmed during the booking process so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. Every member of our professional cleaning team completes background screening and is fully insured and bonded. We prioritize safety, reliability, and professionalism in every home we service.

We use quality products appropriate for homes with kids and pets when used as directed. If anyone in your household has sensitivities or you prefer specific products, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

We are proud to offer pet-friendly house cleaning services. For everyone’s safety, please secure your pets in a safe area while we clean. We also ask that any pet waste be picked up before your appointment so our professional house cleaners can focus on delivering a thorough clean.

If your pet is anxious or may act aggressively, keeping them in a gated area or another room is recommended. If you won’t be home during the cleaning, please provide instructions on how we should safely work around your pets.

For maximum efficiency, please minimize clutter before our team arrives. Pick up toys, clothing, and personal items so we can access all surfaces. Also, provide a comfortable space for pets during the cleaning. This ensures your belongings are safe and our team can clean more thoroughly.

We know life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. To help us provide the best home cleaning service, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to efficiently manage our cleaning schedule while accommodating your needs. If your appointment changes, we’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your routine and keeps you on your regular house cleaning schedule.

If a scheduled cleaning lands on a holiday, our team will contact you in advance. We’ll also share information about extra cleaning services to prepare your home for the holiday, and work with you to find a convenient time.

Tips are not required but always appreciated! If you’d like to leave a gratuity, you may do so in cash or add it to your payment after the service is completed.
